After completing the engineering degree, he has worked in a Telecommunication industry for 14 plus years. He started learning about the finance and property investment long before he has bought his first property. After a successful subdivision development project and couple of other good investments, he realised that more wealth can be made from the property than his full-time job. At the same time, he has seen many people losing money in property investments. He wanted to share his passion and knowledge with others. He started with part time Mortgage broking while keeping his full-time job. Now being a full-time mortgage broker, he has also expanded his services into Broker mentor, First Home buyer and Investment Property coaching as well as providing a buyers agency service.

Outside the Work

Priyank loves reading books. He has also written e-books; you can get a free copy from the resource page. He loves to read and talk on motivation, personal and business development, and little bit of spirituality. His passion also includes Yoga, meditation, exercise and playing volleyball. To challenge his comfort zone, he regularly takes on new hobby/activity. Recently he has started playing badminton and started cooking. Finally, his wife gets a little break from cooking!
